Arctrack is the operating ledger for construction, built for MENA. We help contractors and construction firms keep their projects, contracts, claims, and finances organized in one place.
Using Arctrack means entrusting us with business and financial records — and we take that responsibility seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over your data. In this policy, “Arctrack”, “we”, and “us” refer to the Arctrack app and its operators, based in the United Arab Emirates.
We collect only what we need to run the app for you:
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and name to authenticate you and sync your data across devices.
The information you enter to run your ledger, such as: • Projects, phases, and tasks • Contracts and contract values • Transactions, the financial ledger, and P&L figures • Claims, retention, and variation orders • Contacts (clients, subcontractors, suppliers)
Files you choose to upload — such as contracts, receipts, and project documents — are stored securely so you can access them across your devices.
Technical details like device type, operating-system version, and crash or error logs, used to keep the app stable and fix problems.
If you enable analytics in Settings, we collect anonymous, aggregated usage events to understand how features are used and improve the app. This is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time.
If you purchase a subscription, your purchase and subscription status are processed by the app store and our billing provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

We never sell your personal or business data.
We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers who help us operate the app, and only as needed to provide the service. They are contractually bound to protect your data:

Arctrack is offline-first: your data is stored locally on your device and synced to secure cloud servers. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence.
You can view and manage your data within the app at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at hzahran.dev@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account,” or use our Account Deletion request page. We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and remove your personal data from our active systems, subject to any retention required by law.
Arctrack is a professional tool intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
